Frizz frenzy
If you hair is naturally very curly, at its best it probably looks great and you’ll be the envy of all your friends. But do you curse it sometimes, when instead of a cascade of curls, you have a halo of frizz? This is often due to humidity in the air which has a dire effect on curly locks. You can tame things with a little light silicone serum, combed through your hair on your fingers.
Another piece of advice: when you wash and dry your hair, don’t handle it too much. Just pat it dry and if it’s long, squeeze it gently in a towel. Don’t rub it or you will damage the structure. Comb a light conditioner through your hair, then dry it completely with a blow drier, running your fingers through your hair. You can use a light silicone serum to separate the curls when it’s dry, if necessary. You shouldn’t need to brush your hair at all. In between shampoos, just comb it with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb.
